Ingredients: - 1/2 turbot fillet per person - 2 tbsp softened butter - 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary - 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme - Zest of 1 lemon - 1 tbsp lemon juice - Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
To make the herb butter sauce: 1. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, chopped rosemary, thyme, lemon zest and lemon juice until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. 2. Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat. 3. Grill the turbot for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Serve with the herb butter sauce on top. Enjoy!
